A natural hands on healing technique originating in Japan and brought to the Western World only in the recent 50 or 60 years. Reiki energy is channeled from the universal life force energy available to any person who is "Attuned" by a Reiki Master.

A Reiki Treatment is performed on a fully clothed person laying on a massage table. It can take anywhere from 1 to 1 ½ hours. The practitioner's attuned hands are placed on various parts of the body in a non-intrusive manner. The client generally experiences feelings of peace and well-being and may even fall asleep.
